Following an engaging roundtable held earlier this year at UKREiiF 2025, we’re pleased to share our Insight Report, now issued to all contributors.
Hosted by Hive Projects, the roundtable brought together developers, local authorities, infrastructure providers and housing experts to explore one of the biggest challenges facing the sector: how to work together to move regeneration from bold vision, to real delivery.
From funding silos to planning delays, viability pressures and the need for better collaboration, the conversation was frank, constructive and full of practical takeaways.
Key themes included:
