We’re thrilled to share that the Bolton Wellsprings project is nearing practical completion, and we couldn’t be more excited to see it all taking shape! The CGIs of the spaces look stunning, and we can’t wait to witness the spaces being utilised by the communities, VCSE’s and businesses of Bolton.
This project has provided us with the opportunity to involve some of our Assistant Project Managers to support the senior PMs. It’s been an invaluable learning and development experience for them, as they’ve had the chance to contribute to program management, stakeholder engagement, and other crucial aspects of the scheme.
We’re proud of the progress made thus far and eagerly anticipate the positive impact this project will have on the Bolton community. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach completion.
The Wellsprings Innovation Centre is being delivered thanks to £6.9m from the Government’s Towns Fund and £1.4m from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The finished development will help bring high quality jobs to Bolton and provide affordable, modern and flexible co-working and office space within the town centre.
The new addition to the town centre complements other successful Towns Fund projects including the transformed Bolton Market, the renovated Central Library and Elizabeth Park.
