Hive Projects is acting as Project Manager for the first planning application submitted by Habiko; the affordable housing partnership between Muse, Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), and Homes England.

The proposal for Academy Way, Warrington, includes:

• Scale: 240 one- and two-bedroom apartments across two six-storey blocks.
• Affordability: The scheme targets 100% affordable housing for rent.
• Sustainability: Designed as a low-carbon, car-free development featuring a central landscaped courtyard.

Located south-east of the Time Square district, this project represents a significant step in the town center’s ongoing regeneration. The Hive Projects team is working alongside AHR Architects, Stantec, and Gillespies to deliver the scheme.
