The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of Phase 1 Works. This phase entailed comprehensive refurbishment spanning the entrance, reception area, rehearsal space, and WC facilities.

A key highlight of Phase 1 Works was the transformation of the rehearsal space, with particular emphasis on acoustic enhancements. These improvements have been implemented to significantly elevate the student experience by providing an acoustically superior environment for practice and performance.

Recently, a post-handover site inspection was conducted with the LIPA team. Their feedback was positive, especially with regard to the Entrance and Reception area. This space now features a noteworthy addition in the form of a state-of-the-art media wall, which contributes to the overall aesthetic appeal of the facility.

The successful culmination of Phase 1 Works sets the stage for further developments within LIPA. The institute’s commitment to progress and modernisation is evident.
