Following our successful completion of refurbishment works earlier this year we’re especially happy to be working with the team at LIPA once again, this time providing them with QS and PM services for the newly announced scheme, details of which can be found on the link below.
The scope of works includes the exciting challenge of expanding the existing LIPA Sixth Form College facility with a proposed 8,000 sq ft wrap around extension which will enhance the facilities and increase the school’s capacity by 110 students.
Plans have now been submitted to Liverpool City Council for approval and we eagerly await the green light to continue with the scheme.
