Project Overview

The provision of Project and Cost Management services for the new Neonatal extension at Bradford Royal Infirmary, to provide dedicated parent ensuite bedrooms and living accommodation so they can remain at the hospital whilst their infant is receiving medical attention.

The works comprise of a new single storey 7 bed extension complete with dining, family, play and laundry facilities, as well as providing 2nr dedicated counselling rooms. 

Situated on a constrained site next to the live main hospital requires a robust logistics plan to ensure that hospital services are maintained throughout construction. Maintaining the light and natural ventilation to the adjacent buildings was a key consideration in the design concept.
