Project Overview
Admin Staff Modular
- 3 Storey Modular Accommodation to temporarily house 200+ admin staff for the hospital for around 12 months.
- On-site works complete and building has been occupied since January 2023.
- External works including 4no. Disabled parking bays ongoing and due to conclude March 2023.
Police Station Modular
- 2 Storey Modular Accommodation to temporarily house 70+ admin staff and the retained estates team for around 2 years.
- On site works due to commence in April, with occupation expected in July.
Urgent Treatment Centre
- Single storey modular unit to provide a temporary clinical facility for the Emergency Department to support the winter pressures.
- Equipped with 4 consultation rooms, a 10no. person waiting room and a DDA toilet.
- Works now complete and building occupied from January 2023.
