We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in one of our most exciting community-focused developments: the Marple Community Hub has officially reached its full height.
Seeing this £20m investment take physical shape is a proud moment for the entire team at Hive Projects. The structural framework completion and topping out the building means the vision for this state-of-the-art facility is finally coming to life for the residents of Stockport.
Once complete, the Marple Community Hub will serve as a cornerstone for local health, wellbeing, and community services. By co-locating essential facilities under one roof, the hub is designed to genuinely improve local infrastructure and create a vibrant space for the borough.

Stockport Council has noted that this hub is part of a much wider vision to secure similar investments and opportunities across all areas of the borough.
With the structural peak now achieved, we are officially entering the final stages of programme delivery. Our teams are working hard to prepare for practical completion later this year, ensuring every detail is perfect before the doors open to the public.
