My primary focus is on collaborating with NHS clients, and I am deeply committed to enhancing the environments within hospitals for the benefit of both staff and patients. Whether I’m involved in infrastructure projects to optimise and sustain the operations of hospital sites, refurbishing clinical services, or undertaking extensive redevelopment initiatives, witnessing tangible changes is immensely rewarding. Despite the hard work and challenges encountered, there is a sense of pride in knowing that these investments truly make a difference, no matter how small it may sometimes seem.

One of the aspects I find particularly fulfilling is mentoring new team members, where I have the opportunity to impart my knowledge and experience in project and contract management. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring numerous colleagues who have since gone on to achieve remarkable success in their careers. It is gratifying to maintain ongoing connections with many of them, fostering a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
