We are proud to share that Hive Projects was awarded both SME of the Year and the People and Culture Award at the recent North West Regional Construction Awards (NWRCA). The awards evening was hosted at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, a short walk form our Liverpool offices and attended by two team members.

Taking home SME of the Year recognises the consistent hard work of our team over the last six years. Since our founding, we have grown to a team of around 40 professionals operating across our three northern hubs in Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds. We’ve entered into new sectors including housing, local authority, business case and PMO management, and even Higher Education estates, whilst also continuing to deliver exceptional projects with our healthcare clients.

This recognition reinforces our core mission: to deliver project, cost, and programme management to the highest quality while actively improving societal outcomes.

While business growth is important, winning the People and Culture Award holds a very special place in our hearts. We have always believed that our people are our greatest asset. This award recognises the practical steps we take every day to ensure Hive Projects remains an exceptional place to work; a sentiment echoed by our recent employee survey, which returned an outstanding average employee satisfaction rating and highlighted our supportive team dynamic.  Our work to create a great working culture over the last six years has including wellbeing programmes, healthcare plans, dynamic holidays and leave opportunities, a focus on DE&I policies and practices, excellent office facilitates and flexible working- to name a few!
