Hive Projects is continuing its role as Project Manager for the large-scale, multi-phase redevelopment of Oldham Town Centre. Working in partnership with Oldham Council and Muse, we are overseeing the delivery of the “Creating a Better Place” strategy; an ambitious regeneration programme designed to reshape the borough’s economic and residential landscape.
At the heart of the programme is the conversion of underused brownfield sites into a sustainable, residential-led town centre. The partnership is currently progressing plans for up to 2,000 new homes across several key locations, including the sites of the former Leisure Centre and the Magistrates’ Court.
Our role involves managing the logistics of these developments to ensure they meet modern environmental standards while respecting Oldham’s unique industrial heritage.
