Chris Waine

Chris has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has led some of the industry’s most complex capital projects and programmes in the health, local government, education, and residential sectors. 

 As an experienced Project Director and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chris helps clients to make informed CAPEX and OPEX investment decisions on projects. He has a unique cost, project and programme management capability and extensive track record in delivering projects of varying values and complexity.

 Chris has a good understanding of the challenges faced by clients in the public sector having spent 20 years working nationally at a senior level within two of the leading built asset consultancies in the world. He also has a genuine passion for implementing social, environmental and economic sustainability strategies with clients to improve the quality of life for local communities.

Chris sits on the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce Board and as a Prescot born lad, plays an active role in the development of the Liverpool city region.
