Hive Projects AchievesLevel 3 Disability Confident Leader Status

Hive Projects has officially reached Disability Confident Leader (Level 3) status. This is the highest level of the government-backed accreditation scheme, following our work to ensure our workplace and recruitment processes remain fully accessible.
This accreditation recognises businesses that not only support their own employees but also advocate for disability inclusion within their industry and supply chain. For Hive, this involves:

  • Inclusive Recruitment: Ensuring barriers are removed for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions.
  • Internal Support: Providing the necessary environment for every team member to fulfill their potential.
  • Industry Advocacy: Acting as a champion for better standards across the project management and construction sectors.

While this is an important milestone, the focus remains on the practical, day-to-day work of maintaining an inclusive culture.
