University of Liverpool – Capital Programme Delivery

PROJECT Overview

About the Project

Hive Projects were approached by University of Liverpool’s Property and Campus Services department to provide and support their internal Project Management team. We are proud to provide end-to-end project management services for a series of vital infrastructure upgrades across the university estate. Our portfolio includes WC refurbishments and drainage enhancements within key library buildings, alongside a major wind, water, and structural improvement scheme for the historic Derby & Hartley building. From initial planning and design through to construction and final handover, we manage every phase with precision and care. Our team works collaboratively with university stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption, clear communication, and outcomes that reflect the institution’s long-term vision. Each scheme is delivered with a focus on quality, sustainability, and user experience—supporting the university’s commitment to providing safe, modern, and resilient facilities for students, staff, and visitors.
