At Hive, we recognise the importance of wellbeing, both physical and mental, especially in an industry that can often be high-pressure and fast-paced. Our commitment to supporting our team goes beyond a single week; it’s an ongoing focus throughout the year, driven by what matters most to us: Our people.
Our 2024 employee survey highlighted just how much our team values the supportive environment we’ve created at Hive, with many sharing how it makes a huge difference to both their working and personal lives. Based on this feedback, in 2025 we’ve committed to offering even more opportunities that promote wellbeing and connection across our teams.
As we continue to grow and expand our reach, maintaining the sense of connection that we’ve always enjoyed as an SME remains incredibly important to us. Our wellbeing initiatives play a key role in bringing our people together, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring that no matter where our teams are based, they continue to feel part of Hive Projects.
Last week, we hosted our 2025 Wellbeing Week; a range of activities designed to help our team try something new, unwind, and spend quality time together. Across our regions, we delivered 10 diverse sessions, including PT workouts, guided city walks, menopause workshops, pilates, golf sessions, and team breakfasts. It’s been great to see so many of our colleagues getting involved and embracing the experience. And we’ve enjoyed following their updates on their social media accounts!
Looking ahead into 2025, our wellbeing focus continues with more exciting activities on the cards, including a sound bath and mindfulness workshops to round off January. Further into the year we will be hosting other team activities and there will be plenty of opportunities for the teams to get together and do something positive for their physical and mental health.
In the meantime, we’ve rounded up some of our best action shots from Wellbeing Week’25. Enjoy!
