The provision of project management services as an integrated member of the Tameside Hospital Estates team, delivering Capital projects that are essential to enhancing the operation of the hospital.
Key schemes delivered since commencement in November 2021:
- New Womens Health Unit refurbishment (1.2m)
- Damp remediation & refurbishment of Ward 44 (£400k)
- Improvement programme for Maternity Unit (£200k)
- Medical Day Case Unit (£170k)
- Various minor works schemes
